1. Logging in

Judges and entrants log into the public website, but judges will see a different set of content and controls because of their different role.

2. Category List

Once logged in, a judge will see all categories assigned to them, along with a summary of entries they have already scored, and those yet to be evaluated.

(All components of Awardify are mobile friendly, so judges can complete their evaluations from a mobile device.)

3. Entry List for Each Category

Upon clicking into a category, the judge will see all the entries that have been cleared for judging.

Each entry shows:

• the entry’s “alias” (in order to preserve anonymity)
• a cover image if supplied
• the scores the judge has logged for each entry (green = evaluated; red = yet to be scored)

When the judge clicks on an entry, they will see the contents of the entry (text, images, documents, etc.), accompanied by evaluation tools.
